Your letters are digital content delivered immediately. By paying you agree to immediate delivery and acknowledge you lose the 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

When we refund

We give a full refund if your letter fails to generate, isn't delivered, or a technical fault prevents you using it. Contact us within 14 days of purchase.

When we don't

We don't refund because an appeal was rejected — we can't guarantee outcomes.
